Get into the habit of asking, "Is this activity going to move me closer to my dreams, or is this part of my Mission for life?"  No matter where in the world people are building their business, I have asked, "So share with me your Mission Statement", and the answer I get revolve around their company or products, or kind of wanting to help people... maybe.

You have only one reason to do anything you do, and that is to be more of who you are meant to be, and who you know you are becoming.

You are only going to be able to be one of the following, and you need to be clear which one you are going to choose: You are either going to be building your business based on the foundation of YOUR personal Mission, or the mission of someone else. There are no grey areas when dealing with a Mission Statement, sorry but that is the reality of life.

If you don't feel it in every cell of your body when you say it, then you have a Maybe Statement.

So what is your Mission? Get that clear. Why are you doing it, what is the outcome, how will you know you are on track, or if you are off track? That is not an easy task I understand that, let me share with you what will happen when you get all that crystal clear in your mind. First, you will have more time to do what you want than you could every have imagined. People are wandering around being lead by others who have no real interest in your achievements. When you ask the simple question, "Is this activity going to move me closer to my dreams, or is this part of my Mission for life?" you will understand the investment you are making in your future. Getting into the habit of asking that simple question is easy to do. My Mentor would say something to me that I would like to share with you, it’s this, "If it’s easy to do it, it's also easy NOT to do it."

Missions move mountains. Wishes fill wells, Hopes fill Hearts, Wonder fills dreams… A clear Mission will fill your life, your pocket, and change the world.

You can wait another 10 minutes, or 10 years to get clear on yours… it’s easy to do… you know the rest. Your leadership skills will develop at a pace you could only dream of, the story of your team will be easier to share, that leads to more on the team. Get your Mission clear, Get it now! Build your future on a foundation that no one can take away from you, learn how to live it every day, every minute of your life. Watch as you become more, you will have more, be able to do more, and that’s a great result. All from making a decision to Live your Life from a Mission Driven model. That’s the good news, here is the Great News…

Your Mission becomes a pillar you now have for strength and guidance for everything you do in your life.

Go give all you can, your Mission will guide you. Thanks for your time, My Mission – To Be a Better Dad and Better Husband Everyday.
