Wealth comes in many forms. Three of them are money, applied knowledge and relationships. Wealth comes in many forms. Three of them are money, applied knowledge and relationships.

Money, the best known measurement of wealth.

When we measure wealth the easiest way to identify the degree of wealth is through money. Whether it's how much you earn or how much has been spent or how much has been accumulated.

From the time you realize that you can purchase a candy bar as a kid, to the point in your life you recognize that you can earn money by doing something, wealth is a feeling that can inspire.

People go to school to to become wealthy, people get right out and go to work and they chase wealth by starting a business (or two or three or a dozen or more.) Wealth can be measured by the amount of money spent on a project to earn far more than is invested. Sometimes this is a lot, and sometimes it is less than is spent, hopefully the investment pays off! In the end, you know that true wealth exists when you are able to accumulate more money than you ever imagined. If you want to measure wealth, keep your eye on the money.

Applied knowledge is a true measurement of wealth.

Many people feel as though knowledge can put you on a road to wealth. Knowledge in your field is extremely important, but the path to real wealth is applied knowledge.

You see, if you don’t apply the knowledge that you acquire you miss the true wealth. Without application of knowledge, we would have more wealthy librarians, teachers and professors. The application of knowledge is the true measurement of wealth.

Relationships are the real measurement of wealth.

A wealthy person is one who has developed quality relationships. The sum of these relationships, are what makes us wealthy. These relationships leverage us to be someone greater than we are, than if we didn’t have them in our life.

A wealthy person doesn’t get there by themselves, and would never get there without quality relationships. Money, applied knowledge and relationships are three of many measurements of wealth. A wealthy person is one who truly shares their good fortune with those who look up to them. Be a great mentor and pass the wealth on.
