Where is your focus?

There is no profession like the network marketing profession. For the hundreds of thousands of people who get involved in network marketing, the key to success is FOCUS.
Those who focus on others, succeed. For those who focus on themselves never reach their full potential.
There are many ways to shine a light on customers and distributors that you bring into your business. Remember, focus on them.

Here are a few thoughts.

  • Find out what their needs are.
  • What is it that they are looking for. And if they are looking for a product experience or they are looking for a business or both, find out their Why!
  • Ask questions and listen.
  • Become a master question asker! The questions are the answers. Be even a greater listener. People will tell you what their pain is, if you ask the right questions. Listen intently and you will hear what they need and what you have to help THEM out with.
  • Meet people!

You will never succeed in your business siting in your living room waiting for people to knock on your door. Remember IT"S ABOUT THEM! Take time to determine who your products or services help solve what problem. Is it an ailment? Is it lack of enough money for an emergency.

Sit down and think this through and keep a notebook of these people who pop into your head. After a while the list will grow so big, you'll NEVER say you have no one to talk to. Get out and start meeting those people!

Who is in the "Looking Zone?" What is that?

  • It's people who got laid off.
  • It's people who didn't get the raise they're looking for.
  • It's people who are BURNT OUT!
  • Lawyers, doctors yes even accountants, especially in March and April.

Keep these people on another page in your notebook. You have a GREAT solution to their burn out, and they're in the "LOOKING ZONE!"

We're in the leadership business. We are looking for leaders AND we're looking to develop leaders. The more leaders that are in your group the more successful your team becomes.

Remember, take the focus off of you. It's not about you! It's about them!
